Beekeepers Jim Fitzroy and Michelle Wright have partnered to help save the bees and bring you pure, delicious honey. They met when Michelle was doing news interviews about honeybees in 2012.  She became fascinated and bought her own hive to learn more.  With Jim's leadership and expertise they began selling to local gourmet chefs, wholesalers, speciality shops and grocery stores. They offer beekeeping lessons, give tours of their beehives, make presentations to students and community groups and constantly work to develop new products.
